November 2010: CSA - Continental Search Alliance has signed an International Executive Search contract with one of the largest and most prestigious consulting firms in the world. Our client, that is expanding across multiple countries wanted one sole supplier to find the best possible talent We are now providing top Senior Management Consultants from the Telecom sector to our client in Spain, France, UK, Germany, Sweden and Brazil. In the first stage CSA will be working on this assignment during coming 6 months.

Operating just one level down from the global Partners/Executives, you’ll use your Business development skills, knowledge of telecoms networks and thought leadership to analyze, devise strategy and help develop leading edge networks for clients, who are mostly the top management / executives within prestigious telecommunication carriers.

You’ll be using your own and the companies established network of contacts to help develop the business as well as managing a range of consulting assignments / projects being delivered by an enviable selection of the world’s brightest technical and business consultants.

Previous consulting experience is preferred (management or technology) but not essential as our client will happily consider candidates from telecoms vendors, carriers or other professional services organizations with the right mix of business and technical skills.
