Camilla has 20-year track record of executive search in Scandinavia, recruiting at all organizational and functional levels. She brings a deep insight to the market condition, able to identify her client’s uniqueness in order to represent them well and to attract the right talent.

Camilla’s headhunting career has included roles at Target Executive Search and Laigaard & Partners, with responsibility for talent acquisition for companies such as Amadeus Scandinavia, Equant (now Orange Business), Symantec, TrendMicro and IBM/Cognos. During her headhunting career, Camilla has personally filled more than 600 positions within High-Tech, IT and Finance. She specializes in cybersecurity recruitment with a particular focus on recruiting for diversity and inclusion.

Jérôme has more than 20 years of experience in the Technology market and the recruitment/headhunting industry, carrying out searches across EMEA. He frequently leads recruitment searches for Tech/SaaS firms based in the USA with subsidiaries in Europe (France, UK, Germany, Italy, Spain, Sweden). Since 2012, Jérôme has successfully spearheaded talent acquisition for Luxury, Fashion and Retail sectors. This has the primary aim of hiring key international profiles dedicated to the digital transformation of global organizations and brands.

He has been key in developing sophisticated methods of accurate candidate assessment. In 2020, Continental Search Alliance France was ranked by leading French business publication Les Echos as one of the top Executive Search firms in France.

Peter is Founder and Managing Director of IT-Personalberatung Dr. Dienst & Wenzel GmbH & Co. KG, a leading Executive Search firm focused exclusively on the Technology and IT service industries in Germany. He is a longstanding member of Continental Search Alliance.

Peter has more than twenty years executive search experience across Germany and EMEA, recruiting for executives, senior leadership and high impact talents (Sales, Consulting), for a diverse range of clients, including Fortune 100 companies as well as high-growth private and venture backed IT and Technology companies. He has particular industry expertise in supply chain management, telecommunications, contact center technology, cloud-based software solutions, DevOps software vendors. automotive and discrete manufacturing and related IT technologies. He speaks German, English and basic French.

Silvia is the Founder of Artemis Career Consulting based in Milan, Italy. With over 12 years of executive search experience, she has built a successful track record of placing top managers in renowned international corporations as well as in large and medium-sized privately owned Italian Groups across EMEA. This includes recruitment of executives, managers and high-impact talents in sales, marketing & consulting for major IT organizations.

Prior to founding Artemis, Silvia was involved in the creation of the first Italian executive search boutique, Antesi - first in IT and later as CEO. As well as IT, Silvia offers solutions to other industries such as Lifestyle, Financial Services and Consumer Goods. She is fluent in Italian and English.

Joe is the founder of iSearch, a recruiting and executive search firm in Japan. He is a member of the international recruitment network Continental Search Alliance (CSA). Joe has worked in the search industry for almost 20 years, focusing on a diverse range of industries and clients.

Before specializing in recruitment, Joe had a successful career in leadership roles in the insurance industry, working for AXA across the Asia Pacific region. After years in the insurance industry, Joe began an entrepreneurial career by founding iSearch - now one of Japan’s most respected mid-sized recruiting firms, recruiting for over 400 client companies across various key industries, and especially in Digital & Technology.

Christian is a founding Partner of Continental Search Alliance (CSA). He has more than twenty years of executive search and recruitment experience in the Benelux, especially the Netherlands, and across EMEA. Christian has led search assignments for executive, senior leadership and high impact talent for a diverse range of clients including Fortune 100, fast-growers and venture backed Technology companies. Furthermore, he has often led multinational recruitment projects for selected CSA clients to a successful conclusion.

Prior to working in Recruitment, Christian worked in corporate support for Hewlett-Packard in Amsterdam. He is fluent in four languages - Italian, Dutch, English and Spanish.

Bart has helped tech companies finding the best talent IT/Tech companies for key positions like Sales Executives, Sales Leaders and other customer facing positions. Having an extensive commercial background in global Tech companies (having worked for Dell and Equinix), Bart knows first-hand what it takes to work in a context of innovation and constantly overachieving sales targets. Talents and leaders come in many forms and many backgrounds, from global enterprise verticals  or from start-ups and scale-ups.

His passion for sociology and psychology and experience in technology made him change direction towards recruitment. Bart has been operating as a Headhunter since 2016 and has made many long-lasting matches.

Bjørn is co-Founder and Partner of Continental Search Alliance (CSA). He has more than 25 years experience in various positions, industries and projects across the Northern European market. This includes assisting a number of high/tech software companies enter the Nordics. He has recruited in executive search for a diverse range of clients, including Fortune 100 companies as well as high-growth venture-backed Technology start-ups.

Bjørn has experience as an interim manager, conducting roles as General Manager, HR Director & Project Manager. Prior to founding CSA, Bjørn served as Executive Vice President for EDB Business Partner (now TietoEvry), Penna Plc, country head for Black & Decker Norway and President of French giant Thomson Multimedia Group (now Vantiva).

Damian has twenty years of experience in executive-search across EMEA, North America and Asia Pacific, successfully recruiting from executive leadership positions (CxO) to strategic individual contributors for a diverse client base including Fortune 100 companies through to high growth, venture backed start-ups.

Prior to joining Continental Search Alliance, Damian was a Partner with a London-based search firm focused on the Technology and consulting markets. He previously specialized in traditional enterprise software environments including ERP, Supply Chain Management, CRM and Business Intelligence. Today he is highly active within AI, IOT, digital-marketing, cyber security and cloud transformation vendors.

Josephine is the Founder and Managing Director of Progression Search Asia - a leading boutique search firm focused on hyper-growth Technology companies, based in Singapore and working across the Asia Pacific region. Progression carries out executive search for some of the largest Tech vendors as well as exciting startups expanding to Asia.

Josephine has recruited for executives and senior leadership to client-facing talents in Sales, Customer Success Management and Presales/Consulting for the Fortune 100 as well as high-growth VC-backed Technology companies. Prior to joining Continental Search Alliance, Josephine spent 15 years in Sales and Sales Management roles for several tech firms. She speaks fluent English and Mandarin.

Nicoletta is the founder of Continental Search Alliance Spain & LATAM. She is the founder and Managing Director of Humann Team&Talent, an Executive Search firm based in Spain. She has more than twenty years of experience working across EMEA and the USA having developed her career both in Consulting and IT.

She has worked with national and international clients to develop C-level search projects and recruit Senior Management positions. Nicoletta has focused her extensive experience on IT & Internet, Marketing & Business Development and top consulting roles among others. She has carried out recruitment searches for top talented professionals specializing in cutting edge technologies and further helps companies to identify the right key contributors to achieve their digital transformation. Nicoletta speaks fluent Italian, English and Spanish.

Anders is the founding Partner of Continental Search Alliance (CSA) and founder of HCM Partner AB. With more than twenty years executive search experience across Sweden and the Nordics, Anders has been recruiting executive, senior leadership and high impact talent (Sales, Marketing & Consulting) for a diverse range of clients including Fortune 100 companies as well as high-growth private and venture-backed Technology start-ups. He has extensive experience in international recruitment, particularly executive search across Northern Europe.

Prior to joining CSA, Anders worked as a Recruitment Manager for IBM and as headhunter for an international consulting firm. He speaks Swedish and English and has a good understanding of Norwegian, Danish and German.

Mirko is the founder of MT Partners, a leading Swiss recruitment agency that specialises in marketing and sales roles. With a portfolio of diverse clients including Fortune 100, venture-backed companies in technology, luxury and industry, Mirko has extensive experience in executive search, recruitment and strategic HR. His successful track record in headhunting includes positions across EMEA and the USA.
